There is only so much I can put here, so I would advise watching it in full. Her passives are overall good. 1 for zooming chill, 2 for normal play, 3 for heavy builds. It is still capped to 90% efficiency, even though you have 100%. The 10% overcap does help if you have a -10% heavy efficiency riven. Her 4 passive is just 1 spare life with a 5s i-frame when you "die." It goes on 60s cooldown, however, it also goes on 60s cooldown when you forcefully swap off that passive without using the spare life. Dumb, and hope that gets changed. Her 1 is busted. Strongest 1 in the game. CD final flat buff that scales with Str. Always +100% flat status to all melees in the game, no exceptions. And force proc slash, that scales normally like stance force proc slash. However, the force slash does not work on any ranged melee, ie glaives/contagion/gunblades. But this means it turns every single melee into a blender; you can use whatever melee you want on Voruna. Guaranteed status procs, and guaranteed slash. However, building for her 1 duration gimps her 2 since you don't have enough slots for range. Basically you will only use your 2 for Acolytes/Demos/Elites if you build around her 1. If you ignore building around duration too much, her 2 works as a massive aoe primer that lets you play pure melee mode without ever needing to shoot your primer. Her 3 is Equilibrium on steroids.
