Epistaxis :Adesh Saxena; Posterior bleed middle meatus

This is a case of uncontrollable posterior bleeding from middle meatus lateral wall done today. A case of CRF on dialysis, not taking any blood thinners. Twice nasal packing was done out side. It is best if we try to do Endoscopy while patient re-bleeds in cases when there is already trauma to the tissue by previous nasal packings. Identify the area first from where bleeding is occurring and than pin point the bleed before cauterization.
