iPhone 7 Flashing Red Light Comparison (with iPhone 5)

So some said that they have seen the same thing on other versions of iPhones, but from what I tested, 5, 6, 6s, and SE do not have the red light. I only have 5 with me, and here's the testing video. I made a call, where the screen would be darkened if the proximity sensor is covered.
