Android... how to pause & resume a video

STEPS for Android: 1) Start video like normal 2) Pause (to resume later) Left button - "plug" looking button 3) Resume (on same video as before) - hit "plug" button again. 4) Stop. You will have ONE video containing both segments stuck together - YEAH!  (Why was this so hard?!)
