On Monday 24th September 2012, the Ballinacurra Weston Residents' Alliance protested against the on-going degeneration of their estate and the lack of real community participation in the regeneration process, this time the protest was held outside City Hall during a meeting of Limerick City Council. A delegation of BWRA members entered City Hall to hand a letter to Conn Murray, the newly appointed City & County Manager. Mr. Murray was "unavailable", but the Director of Housing & Regeneration, Ollie O'Loughlin, met with the residents...
