$30 PC for Old Games. Worth it or not? Quake 4 Showcase

Playing Quake 4 GOG edition on Windows 7 x64 at 720p low setting. Pretty much getting 63fps all the time and fps drops to 30s sometimes when a lot of effects going on because the gpu can't handle it LOL. The only parts I bought from this pc are motherboard, cpu, and gpu. I have a psu, case, m+k, and hdd lying around. It would be a waste to not use them, so I decided to buy the board and gpu. I will try other games when I have free time. I don't live in the US or EU, but PS2 with 80gb hdd is around the same price in my country. I use the PC to complement my PS2 because many games run below 30fps on PS2 and modern display is not suitable for it. PC Specs: - Gigabyte G31M - Intel C2D E7500 @stock - Nvidia GT 620 1gb DDR3 (OEM version) - Corsair PC6400 1GB DDR2 - WD Blue 500gb SATA 3 - Seasonic S12II 450W Bronze - Samsung 24" 1080p Display - OS Dual Boot Windows XP x86 and Windows 7 x64
