Quake Claw Sling - Injection Molding Set Up
The webbing is mounted into a jig they use, so that the injection molding will adhere evenly to the webbing. The jig is placed in the molding machine for the sling to be made. While one jig is being used, the operator is setting up another jig. This way the operator can rotate the jigs and keep productions times to a minimum. Once the jig is removed from the machine, the slings are then inspected for any flaws or defects. If a flaw or defect is found, then our skilled operators are able to make a minor change to the machine to correct the issue.
