Dragon Age Origins Playthrough Part 1 - Opening and Character Creation
Start of Dragon Age Origins playthrough, a new RPG released by Bioware on the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. The playthrough will be done on the PS3 version of the game. The game seems to be your traditional fantasy type rpg in the vein of the Baldaur's Gate series. The combat is in real time however you are able to pause combat at any time in order to make tactical decisions without fear of getting destroyed while you're thinking. The main 3 races in the game are humans, elves, and dwarves. With the main character classes being warrior, mage, rogue. For the purposes of this playthrough I will be creating an elf mage and using her to go through the game. Initial impression the game gives me a Lord of the Rings type feel, but I like it so far.
