Wow this was an annoying one to get Here's everything you need to know: Make sure the difficulty is on Hard Blink (恒一閃) Weapon Attack: 41 Element: Lightning (Activates with C6) Musou Max 74 Attack: 23 Luck: 25 Number of Attacks: 6 Stage: Battle of Jie Ting Requirements: Defeat Zhen Ji and Cao Zhen within a time limit(about 5 minute) Supply Team starts: Northeast of Sima Yi, moves: Northwest entry point. As for maxing out items there will be a video shown in how to max out the items however if I miss one or two maxed out items and I can't get it after 100+ times (this is off camera) I am not gonna bother.
