HL2 - c17_13 propclip

Propclip to skip the 10 second wait and the following cutscene of barney and dog, no idea how much this realisticly saves right now because no one tested it yet and it obviously depends on your propclipping speed. Also its not as consistent as first thought, guess i got very lucky...
