Hybrid CPU/GPU Collision detection for deformable surfaces

I used Pthread programming and Cuda_C for my master project. the project is based on 2010 paper "Fast and Scalable CPU/GPU Collision Detection for Rigid and Deformable Surfaces". 16384 particles for cloth and 500 vertices for Teapot. System: CPU: Intel Xenon E5-1650 // GPU: Quadro K2000 // Red hat enterprise // Nsight Eclipse Edition 5.5 // The shader is not mine, "plaid fabric" shader from renderMonkey.
