New IPAD PRO: Should You Get the White or Black Bezel?
Should you get the white or black bezel with your new iPad?? Don't have time to watch? No problem - TLDR cliff notes below! Pros and Cons: White Bezel + Matches the apple pencil which has so far only been available in white + Looks more “Apple” + Personally, I find the white design more aesthetically pleasing + Fingerprints less of an issue + Some types of art will look better with white border, such as sketches and lighter hues - Thin shadow between the glass and inner display can be seen Pros & Cons: Black Bezel + Blends nicely with apps using a “dark” default UI, like Procreate or Affinity Photo + Black “frame” looks nice when showing artwork to others + If you’re watching movies, and have turned down the lights, black frame may be more immersive - Fingerprint magnet - Pairs with only one color choice - Space Gray - Physical Home button missing visual elegance of the chrome edging on white bezel
