[MUGEN BATTLE]: Rise of the Goatwoman
It seems that Toriel really can put up a fight, as Yukari emerges to find a battle. Notes: This particular Toriel is made by Mega_X (Presumably the same guy who made Toy Chica). And I have to admit, this Toriel is really good. Nice sprites, Good gameplay from KOFXIV and despite the voice having some flaws, It's a pretty good effort and worthy of your roster. Although the only few problems I have with her is the head of her sprites that sometimes look weird and how she's made. She has a strong damage output that can cause intense damage to opponents that can get them to half their health or lower quickly, and she's tough to knock out as her health is doubled to 2000.
