Section3: Users & Authentication | Part2: Add JWT Middleware || E-Commerce Web API Node.js
Hey Guys, In this tutorial, we will build an E-Commerce Using Node.js With Express & MongoDB. This is Part 2 of Section 3! Section 3 Part 1 Video Link: https://youtu.be/IM9HKCVZgF8 Node.js: Node.js is an open-source, cross-platform, back-end JavaScript runtime environment that runs on the V8 engine and executes JavaScript code outside a web browser. Express.js: The primary use of Express is to provide server-side logic for web and mobile applications, and as such it's used all over the place. MongoDB: MongoDB is a source-available cross-platform document-oriented database program. Classified as a NoSQL database program, MongoDB uses JSON-like documents with optional schemas. Postman: Postman is a popular API client that makes it easy for developers to create, share, test, and document APIs. This is done by allowing users to create and save simple and complex HTTP/s requests, as well as read their responses. JWT: JSON Web Token is an Internet proposed standard for creating data with optional signature and/or optional encryption whose payload holds JSON that asserts some number of claims. The tokens are signed either using a private secret or a public/private key.
