Metro Exodus - Changing Photo: Potential Easter Egg?

Whilst I was playing Metro I randomly decided to shoot this photo and it changed to something completely different! It changed from a photo of the cannibals to a photo of a somewhat landscape of a person standing next to a river/stream. Anybody know what this means or what it could connect to? You can find it yourself towards the end of the Ark mission with the cannibals, in one of the bedrooms.
