For a while Acme Tools had the Metabo HPT framing nailer on sale for $429 https://imp.i284638.net/5bmdVn. Since they price match, it is easy to get the price down to $399 as I did by matching Lowe's https://tinyurl.com/2p95n7dz. So this is a Metabo unboxing of both Metabo nailers to show you what they come with and what condition they came in from Acme. The interesting thing about this deal is that first, it's a kit that comes with the nailer, a contractor bag, safety goggles, 3.0 compact battery, and charger. Oh yeah, it also comes with an 18V brad nailer as well, and that too, is a kit. So you get the same goggles, battery, charger, and contractor bag. All of this, for $399. That's $200 for each kit when they both generally retail for $750 for both! Heck of a deal. In the unboxing I felt as though my Metabo framing nailer had been opened before. It doesn't look used at all, but I still feel like it might have been a return or display unit. Either way, I reached out to Metabo and they said as long as I have my receipt that says it was new is all they need to honor the lifetime warranty. They said they don't track refurbished units nor require registration. Nice!
