Darth Malgus Costume Armor - Dragon*Con 2012 and Star Wars Celebration VI
I made this custom Darth Malgus costume from scratch. It is very comfortable and runs on one battery pack for the body and one 9V for the mask. I plan to do a small run in the future if you would like to wear one yourself. The detailed parts like the breathing mask, chest, and pauldrons are made in 2 part plastics. The rest is lightweight vacuum formed plastics with added details. It has about 40 LED lights in total. And there is no special latex mask. I just painted my face to look like it had undulations and fissures.
