The Welsbach effect (ribbed clouds) formed today, the chemtrails/fog seeding material is point of origin for saturation therefore the rib pillowing is the fog trail routes becoming actual rain clouds I think using logic. Like a comforter with quilting imo. Those responsible must be really sweating to invent a true cumulous cloud maker to fool everyone but nature is a tough act to follow even for "experts" making weather shields.
