We just were never able to due to lack of modslots to balance all 4 stats. Now that we have Focus 3.0, and a million more ways to get Strength, and even offload Natural Talent to Madurai, it's doable. This, is my finished Gloom Mirage I wanted to make over a year ago. Keep in mind, the blinds on Mirage work best on darker tilesets. While we still reach a 93.8% slow regardless, she shines best on tiles like Kuva Fortress, where she can stack the Gloom slow with blinds from her Sleight of Hand to set up instant 10s+ stuns against enemies in an AoE, wherever you aim.
