The Lion King Legend [NES Demake] & Super Lion King [NES Demake] Which NES Demake Is Better?
These here are 2 different Demakes of the popular Lion King for the Sega Genesis & Super Nintendo, made for the classic NES. Both of these games have elements that the other doesn't, in yet much of it is fairly similar, so these 2 NES Demakes are a greap pair to do a comparison to! Will be playing both next to each other, giving each the same amount of time, so pass a fair comparison to! Which one is better? Let me know in the comments section, & I hope you all enjoy the video! The Lion King Legeng (The Chinese version of the title) is an unlicensed port of The Lion King game for SNES and Sega Genesis, released by Waixing (https://bootleggames.fandom.com/wiki/Fuzhou_Waixing_Computer_Science_%26_Technology_Co.,LTD) in February 1997. The sprites and most of graphics was used from Super Lion King developed by Super Game. Originally only in Chinese, it was later completely translated by Pacnsacdave (Title translated to The Lion King Legend). It translates all cutscenes, intro, ending, and title screen. With the other one leaning more towards the Mega Drives version of the game, this one is loosely based off of the SNES version of The Lion King. It's also known to be Super Game's first port. This port is widely considered to be more accurate, faithful, & playable to the original Mega Drive game, compared to the official port developed by Dark Technologies & published by Virgin, despite that version including The Stampede, The Elephant Graveyard, and Exile levels not available in Super Lion King. In turn, though, the bootleg does include the levels after Hakuna Matata as opposed to Dark Technologies's version.
