Let's play Oblivion 150: Reflect...on arrow to the face
Learning of the latest fetch quest, and getting right to doing it. Both have an interesting gimmick, if a generic one. The first one is pretty disappointing, and not just because I completely destroy it like I do everything else. As I've pointed out in the title, "arrow to the face" isn't something you 'reflect' on, you either go ballistic or drop dead. It's also somewhat odd that Mania's section of Sheogorath's staff would force one to face one's self. Correct me if I'm wrong, but at no point did Mania care about what is and what isn't real. True, Mania's euphoria and happy-go-lucky attitude will have to face truth one day, but depending on several factors facing such is the same as facing a world worth of things you know are and suddenly know aren't, which is what Ciirta apparently was subjected to. I'll comment more on Ciirta and how her plight fits into the Mania/Dementia stuff when I get to her, and proceed to miss a good bit of backstory because I didn't know how to get it. Well, that's what video des-...eh, video "information" and UESP are for.
