Frozen HDR gamestream on Nvidia Shield

On this video I'm showing the issue I'm seeing when trying to stream HDR games to my Nvidia Shield. When using fullscreen content in any resolution or 4k borderless windowed the image gets frozen and I only received the game audio on the TV. I tested with multiple games and on this video I'm showing the issue on Doom Eternal.
