[5/8]-Gem Plays: DOOM 3 BFG Edition - Lost Mission - [Cinema-View]
So after we have amused ourselves with some colorful DOS games and some nicely dug up Quake demo treasures in between, now we will return to the depths of Doom lol for the final time and deal with the beasts from below in this final expansion pack of levels thus hereby finishing completely the Doom 3 saga of games and episodes, with this last one titled "Lost Mission." What to say that hasn't already been said about this game..? Well I don't actually have anything new to say about this episode because there isn't much new to say about it. Like I said last time about the previous mission pack, this one is more of the same like the last one and the original game. I was a bit concerned about dealing with a super tough end-of-game monster but fortunately that wasn't the case again and quite frankly I am relieved for it because it's a bit intimidating to record the game, (try) to play without mistakes and on hard difficulty on top of it, all at the same time - it's not that easy guys and gals. But alas, I was spared so no final boss to deal with.. phew lol. So the game is a pretty nice experience instead of a torturous or a dreadful one about what nasty surprise will await for you at the end lol like in the first game, well there isn't any, so that's good :) For me this game earns a solid 8/10 gems, and you should play it or watch it here since you are already reading this hehe. This mission pack is so homogenous with the one before it and the first game that I can't really differentiate it much and tell it apart in my mind after some time. I just don't remember that much about it now lol because it's nothing drastically new and it blends in with the previous Doom 3 games that I played so far that they all just become a big blur lol. Buttt.. it is a satisfying corridor hunting action shooting game that will surely satisfy your further Doom 3-style-gameplay cravings, if you have any. Well I had some, and it was fun for me, so why not dwelve into it again if you so desire :) #Doom #Lost #Mission
