FULL BODY Workout | Burn Fat

My Favorite Full Body Workout | Burn Fat You know when you've had 5 cups of coffee and feel like you can take over the world? That's how I felt during this workout. This full body workout is made up of various multi-joint movements that will keep your heart rate elevated, torch calories, and definitely burn LOTS OF FAT! I dare you to try to sweat more than me lol... Since this is a metabolic workout, try to execute the compound movements with as little rest as possible in order to optimize metabolic rate increase after the workout, and to maximize calories burned during the workout. Starfish Tucks: AMRAP 1 min for 3 rounds 3. Kneeling Squat Tuck Jumps: AMRAP 30 seconds for 3 rounds SUBSTITUTE: Atl. Burpee Tuck Jumps 30 seconds for 3 rounds 4. Man/Woman Maker Sprints: run 30 seconds, interspersed with 3 rounds of 3 reps of the man/woman makers (NO REST) Always warm up with a dynamic warm-up, and cool down + stretch afterward!
