General Manager of El Dorado Hills Community Services District (EDHCSD), Kevin Loewen was invited by Chairman Gary Miller to speak on behalf of the community he represents at the first of four Planning Commission Meetings regarding the former Executive Golf Course. EDHCSD has captioned and published the public comment portion from the first Planning Commission meeting held on November 14, 2019, so that residents not in attendance can have more insight into what their CSD has to say on their behalf, as well as know what neighbors were commenting on at the meeting.
