Pressure Cooker for Flute Ensemble

"Pressure Cooker" is a representation of the built up tension from continuous lockdown, beginning with longing for the "old normal", an interlude of acceptance of current circumstances, then a sudden release of pent-up energy. Composed for Fondation Jeunesses Musicales' competition "Do Mi Si La Do Re" (or "Home Sweet Home"), the piece must be written using these notes in this precise order in the classical genre.
