This is my tribute to Duane Allman of the Allman Brothers Band, whom I consider one of the greatest guitarists who ever lived. I start with his pathbreaking solo as a sessions musician for Wilson Pickett and end with his only composition to appear on an Allman Brother’s Album, and in between are some of his greatest moments from classic ABB songs.
