Stamping with Nail Pigment Powders
In this video tutorial, NailNovice shows you how to stamp nail art patterns using Gel Polish and Nail Art Pigment Powders. Note* This kind of design requires a WELL etched plate (which not all are) and a HEAVY, powder pigment. Fine glitters etc don't tend to work... STEPS: 1. Apply 2x coats of chosen background (Gel Polish) colour and CURE 2. Leave tacky layer intact. Pat pigment directly onto stamping plate and pick up as usual using stamper. Adhere to inhibition layer of color coat 3. Seal and CURE 4.
