MS PowerPoint-2019|Presentation Views|Lesson-7
We can view our PowerPoint file in a variety of ways, depending on the task at hand. Some views are helpful when we creating our presentation, and some are most helpful for delivering our presentation. The different presentation views present in MS PowerPoint-2019 are:- 1.Slide View :- Shows one slide at a time, it is optimized for editing. We can edit not only the text of a slide but also any graphics, sounds, and animations that might be included on the slide. This is usually the best view when we are working with an individual slide. 2.Outline View :- It shows the contents of our presentation in outline format. This view is optimized for organizing and arranging the content of our presentation. 3.Slide Sorter View :- It shows a thumbnail image of each slide in our presentation. This view is best when we want to rearrange the order of our slides or just want to see each slide in our presentation with the formats and colors we have chosen. In Slide Sorter View we can't edit the contents of a slide, but we can quickly switch to Slide View were we can edit the contents. 4.Notes Page View:- Shows one slide at a time with speaker's notes. This view is best when we are entering or reviewing the notes we made for slides. 5. Slide Show View:-It shows our presentation as it will look to the audience when we play it. This view displays one slide at a time in full-screen mode. 6. Reading View:- It play our slide show in the PowerPoint window to see our animations and transitions without switching to a full screen slide show.
