Can some one help me fix my dead island game!!! Plz

!!!!!! READ DESCRIPTION????? When I got the game it was working good but after I made 3 accounts,I got bored of them so I deleted them when I wanted to make a new acc when ever I pressed play to start the story it always said Dead island isnt working can you pleas help me!!!
