03.05.25 Докладчик: Shengmao Jiang Тема: A reverse Мinkowski theorem The talk will mostly focus on "A reverse Мinkowski theorem" by Oded Regev and Noah Stephens-Davidowitz. Minkowski's celebrated first theorem says, "Global density implies Local density". And in this paper the main result can be viewed as the converse, say as " Local density implies Global density" on some lattices. I will first describe the main result of this article (as best I can), and how the tools (from asymptotic convex geometry/asymptotic geometry analysis) used to analyze the lattice. In addition, I will briefly mention the application of cryptology and computational complexity theory.
