Bacon, Mushroom, and Potato Creamy Soup #Souptember 2022

For a printable link for recipe here ~~ https://docs.google.com/document/d/1pwzoS_i8pUOR-0XatQ7jt5ArbLVOGNWKaaYAdjKHgbE/edit?usp=sharing Bacon, Mushroom, and Potato Soup 10 Cups Potatoes (peeled and chopped) 8 Cups Chicken Broth 2 Cups Onion (Diced) 2 Cups Celery (Diced) 2 Cups Mushrooms (Fresh, Diced Preferred) 1 ½ Cups Carrots (Shredded) 1 Cup Bacon (Cooked, Chopped) 1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper 1 teaspoon SPPG (Salt, Pepper, Parsley, and Garlic Mix) 1 teaspoon Basil (Dried) 1 teaspoon Onion Salt 1 teaspoon Onion (Granulated) 1 teaspoon Garlic (Granulated) 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt ½ Cup Butter 1 Cup Heavy Cream 5 Tablespoons Cornstarch Directions In a large pot, place the chicken stock inside and then add the potatoes. Then add onion, celery, mushrooms, and carrots. Stir all together. Make sure the pot you use has enough room to add about another two cups of liquid. Bring mixture to a boil. Once the contents begin to boil you can add all the spices. Once the potatoes become fork tender, add the butter in pieces. Once butter has melted, you can add the thickener. (Mixing together the Cornstarch and Heavy Cream together.)
