Part 2 in my build of the 18650 4S Lithium Ion Sony VTC6 30amp batteries for long range flight. Did you enjoy my video? I covered approximately 16km in total and now I have a Gps will be able to record a lot more data. The batteries last well and the only caveat is that you need to land before they get to 11v as there is a quick depletion of volts after that. I used Sony 18650 and the specs are below AUW: 819 grams 2x4s packs weight is 419 grams VTC6 Battery Specs: Nominal Capacity: 3120mAh. Rated Capacity: 3000mAh. Max Continuous Discharge 30A Nominal Voltage: 3.6V/3.7V. Full charge Voltage: 4.2V. Internal Impedance 13 mΩ measured by AC 1kHz. Diameter 18.45mm max +/- 0.05mm.
