Is your shipment already on its way? Check out our FAQ series to find out how long can it take before your parcel reaches the destination. How can I track my shipment? For every parcel that you book with us, you are going to receive a tracking number. You will be able to check the transit of your shipment by following the link in the email you will receive from us, or by entering the order number in the online tool on our website. In how many days will my shipment be in transit? The estimated transit time depends on the selected route. We made things easier - you can just enter the pick-up and delivery countries in the calculator available on our website and you will see what is the average transit time. Are there any possible delays? Although not a common case, sometimes it can happen that the delivery of your shipment gets delayed. Why is that? It could be because of wrong or incomplete information in the address which will impede the courier to find the exact location, the absence of the consignee or any external circumstances such as bad weather, traffic jam or lack of time.
