The recording didn't pick up the audio, but that has stutter as well. I've done all windows, audio, video and software updates as well as port forwarding for blizzard and Overwatch, and made exceptions for each port in windows firewall. https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/300479 There is no audio stuttering in Discord during this either, its exclusive to Overwatch.
