Blender Game Myst Uru Complete Chronicles Fan Age

This is a video with the sprite. you can see it with most of the backround. But when I use stenciles it does not show up. I dont know why. Any help please, Thank you. Plus i have made all the textures except the skydome thats not mine, In gimp. Check out my new test age.
