Fix hdmi monitor not recognized (edid repair)

My hdmi monitor stop working suddenly and the windows can't recognized the monitor so here is the solution that i came up with. fix hdmi black screen, fix hdmi low resolution, samsung sa24a350h, fix samsung sa350 fix.
