Here we have a spreadsheet that is used to total the amount of male and female students in each grade. It's easier just to do the auto sum once and replicate it down the column. 1. Select the cells you'd like to add together 2. Press the autosum button 3. Click the cell with the result of the autosum in 4. Drag from the bottom right corner (there will be a box) down/across the page to replicate the function.
