Watch Dogs PC HOW TO DISABLE 30FPS CAP With VSync ON in Fullscreen
This "fix" is for anyone who wants to play Watch Dogs with Vsync enabled and without a 30 fps cap. I have tried many many things including forcing Vsync through the catalyst drivers.. which does not work. At least not for me! So that means it may not for others. So far this is the only fix that has worked for me, and it will indeed allow Vsync to be enabled without capping your framerate. I wanted to share this so others may have a better experience.
