Featured in this video is a Mercedes Benz #11 1997 CLK-GTR in 1/43 scale by Maesto. This is a limited edition model in the Mercedes-Benz Collection. The Mercedes-Benz AMG CLK-GTR was a collaboration between Mercedes and AMG to produce a GT1 sports car for the 1997 FIA GT Championship. It featured a Mercedes-Benz LS600 mid-engine naturally aspirated V-12. It won both the 1997 and 1998 FIA GT team and drivers Championships. It's successor in 1998 would be the Mercedes Benz CLK LM. This is a rather cheap looking model by Maesto. For being Mercedes-Benz Collection model, I had expected better. Merecedes-Benz would later select Spark for their dealership Collections. Their customers deserved better than what Maesto could provide.
