Watch Dogs 2 - PS4 Pro Equivalent Graphics Settings on PC - GTX 970 | 1800p
(Skip to 1:40 for graphics settings) Watch Dogs 2's graphics quality on PS4 Pro appears to be equivalent to PC's "High" preset, and runs at 3200x1800 using checkerboard rendering aka Temporal Filtering enabled. I try to run the game at same resolution using cb, same gfx settings as PS4 Pro on a GTX 970-based PC. Even though I feel i'm slightly VRAM limited compared to Pro, frame-rate is generally north of 30fps for the most part, which is not bad. This means a 30fps cap will ensure consistent presentation just like on Pro. I've also downclocked the GTX 970 to 1261MHz from 1488 MHz, which gives it a 4.2 TF of computational power, closely matching PS4 Pro GPU's 4.2 TF. Note: There's slight boost in performance when not recording.
