Counter Stirke 1.6 AMD P960 and HD 6470 Gameplay Test - Compare whit Intel i3 380m 2.53Ghz
Hi I received my new laptop HP DV6 6002SE 15.6 AMD P960 1.8Ghz - 4 processors (real - not virtual) Radeon HD 6470 - 512MB 4GB 1333Mhz 750GB Windows 7 32bit Compare to my old (only 4 weeks) Asus A52F -- K52F 15.6 ` Intel i3 380m -- 2.53 GHZ !!! Fastes i3 sometimes its fater than i5 ! 3GB ram 1066 Mhz Intel HD 3000 (500mhz -- 600 mhz - depence from company of laptop) -standard graphic card build in i3 Windows 7 on the XP i have 5 FPS more :/ resolution 1280x720- standard. Price: 479£ WITHOUT FRAPS i have: Minimum 19FPS!!! - game not playable Avg. Its ONLY 50FPS. - game not playable Max 99 Now on HP laptop i have: (without FRAPS) Minimum 70FPS Avr about 75FPS - don't know becouse i setup FPS_MAX "61" Max 99FPS Resolution 1280x720- standard Addition info: If you have problems whit FPS DON'T setup FPS_MAX hier than you need !!! Setup fps_max to "61" FPS above you will don`t see difrence its nessesary. cl_watcher "0" - No watcher cl_bob "0" - "Still gun" Only visual help gl_ztrick "0" - if you need more FPS Counter Strike 1.6 have old engine and can't use more than 1 core of processor! ONLY AMD are using all 4 core's :) If you won't play in Counter Strike 1.6 you will need DEDICATED graphic card. Don't buy cheap INTER i3/i5/i7 without dedicated graphic card becouse you gonna have LAG's !!! You need minimum HD 6470!!! Thats why im selling my NEW laptop Asus A52F and im gonna buy HP Laptop - AMD P960 whit HD 6470 Graphic. If you won't play in Counter Strike 1.6 you will need DEDICATED graphic card. Don't buy CHEAP INTE i3/i5/i7 without dedicated graphic card becouse you gonna have LAG's !!! You need minimum HD 6470 or similar! Ofcourse AMD P960 its slower than i3 380m but i don`t care ... i just love Counter-Strike 1.6 I hope i help many people to think about choosing new laptop/processor to play in Counter Strike 1.6.
