Fallout 3 - The Pitt problem: error squares

So, I installed The Pitt DLC for Fallout 3 and I've patched Fallout 3 to version 1.5 I started Fallout 3 with Mod Manager and I checked Fallout3.esm and ThePitt.esm. But I see those red squares and I don't get that Radio Signal which should start quest... So what have I done wrong (BTW does Windows LIVE have something to do with this??)
