Breaking in the Yamaha Stage Custom
Sooooo I bought a second drum kit! It’s always practical to have a back up setup around in case of a band rehearsal or small gig. Especially when the main setup is all ‘miced up’ for studio sessions! I didnt want to spend to much money and after some research I was pretty convinced that in my price range there’s one obvious choice.. a Yamaha Stage Custom! Painted in white, I think it looks awesome! And the sound is incredible!! So here’s a small video (filmed with IPhone) of me breaking in the new kit and having some fun! The setup: Yamaha Stage Custom - White 22” kick 10”-12”-16” Toms 13”x7”SLP G-Maple snare drum I did replace the tom heads with Remo Ambassadors at the bottom and Remo Emperors on top. Sounds great! Enjoy!
