Venice Unleashed - Is this the Ultimate Game mod for Battlefield 3 ???

So at long Last the Venice unleashed - the modding frame work has been released for Battlefield 3 . I last tried this out about 3 years ago and I'm pretty impressed by what the devs have managed to achieve.
