To get to Leviathan's Lair again, simply fast travel to Oasis, and you should see it on the minimap. If you save and exit once you're in the Leviathan's Lair, you will start out there when you re-load, so yay. Obviously you have to have beaten Leviathan in whatever playthrough you're looking to do runs in. Playthrough 1 will get you level 30ish items. Playthrough 2 and 2.5 will get you level 50s.
