The Sunday morning sketch - Rising Change

The making of the Sunday morning sketch ?? This week's Sunday morning sketch is a follow-up to last week's acrylic tree painting. I really enjoyed creating the tree with its vibrant background and thought I would have a go at a slightly different take on that theme. This week I have created the background and base coat of the tree in acrylic, then with a pallet knife and oil paint, I created the leaves in an impasto style and created the bark detail.
