Using projectile launcher system with tranquilizer mod. Grenades alert the enemies behind the car so you have to run much farther away to reset them to be inside the car, but you theoretically could do this with grenades until you get high enough SC to buy launcher arms. I was also able to go from level 7 to 50 here in about 8.5hrs by farming the group of enemies on the corner and coming back to blow up the car, back and forth.
