Listen to Audio Books from your Samsung Gear, Samsung Gear 2, Samsung Gear 2 Neo with "Play aBook" which is free to download. Open up the Gear Manager application on your Android device and go into the Samsung Gear apps tab. From there you will need to look up the Play aBook application and press the download button to have it present on your Samsung Galaxy Gear watch.
