Cinematic Mafia E15: "You Lucky Bastard!"
Cinematic Mafia Episode 15: "You Lucky Bastard!" The goal of the Cinematic Mafia series is to deliver the viewer one of the greatest video game stories of all time: the story of Thomas "Tommy" Angelo in Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven (2002). In order to give the story a more cinematic feel, I've edited the gameplay parts of the game significantly shorter, while maintaining everything that is essential to the story and the characteristics of the game itself. To avoid any possible copyright issues, the original game soundtrack has been muted and replaced with Creative Commons licensed music. While it will never be "100% authentic," the majority of the song selection is made with the intention of providing the same atmospheric feel as the original soundtrack. To enhance the graphics, which, though absolutely stunning and realistic in 2002, look rather basic in 2016, the game has been modded. The mods were chosen in order to improve the visual quality of the game without altering any gameplay effects. Recorded in 60FPS full HD with FRAPS.
